SERVICES

AI work that holds up in production.

Three tightly scoped services for institutions, regulated industries, and professional services teams in Europe. Advisory, implementation, and EU AI Act readiness — delivered senior-led.

Three services. Same buyer. Different entry points.

  • Advisory·strategy and readiness
  • Implementation·focused delivery sprints
  • AI Act readiness·compliance and documentation

PILLAR 01

AI advisory

Strategy, readiness, and architecture for leadership teams.

Strategy session at a minimal workstation — planning, architecture, advisory.

You know AI changes things. You do not know which parts are real, which parts are hype, and what your team should actually do about it. That is where we come in.

We provide AI strategy, architecture, readiness assessments, and fractional AI leadership for institutions, law firms, and regulated companies. Senior-led from the first call.

Readiness assessment
2 weeks. We map where AI saves real hours, what to build vs buy, what to ignore.
Implementation roadmap
3–4 weeks. Architecture and sequence for what to build over 6–12 months.
Fractional CTO or AI lead
Ongoing retainer. 1–2 days per week. Leadership meetings, vendor reviews, architectural decisions.
Vendor evaluation
1 week. You have 3–5 AI vendor proposals. We tell you which to pick and why.

Who it's for

Law firm managing partners, NGO executive directors, compliance and transformation leads

Typical engagement

2–4 weeks or ongoing retainer

Format

Senior-led, no handoffs

PILLAR 02

AI implementation

Focused 2–4 week sprints that deliver the AI capability that matters.

Editor view of production code — implementation and engineering.
RAG and document intelligence
Retrieval and AI layer over your knowledge base, contracts, or policy documents. Delivered as an API.
AI workflow automation
One painful manual workflow, automated end-to-end. Document intake, triage, extraction, cross-system orchestration.
Voice AI and transcription
Real-time transcription, voice agents, meeting summarization pipelines.
Agent and computer-use deployments
Autonomous agents handling multi-system workflows with safety rails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
AI evaluation and monitoring
Test suites, drift detection, and observability for AI systems already in production.

Most agencies will quote €80k to build a full AI product. We do not do that. We deliver the specific AI capability that matters — the hard 20% most teams cannot build themselves — and hand it off to your team.

Fixed scope. Fixed price. 2–4 weeks. We do not build your UI. We do not replace your systems. We drop in, deliver the AI piece, and leave you with a documented system your team can run.

Who it's for

Companies with existing systems that need the hard AI piece built in

Typical engagement

2–4 weeks, fixed scope

Handoff

Documentation, runbook, training — your team runs it from there

PILLAR 03

AI Act readiness

Classification, documentation, and remediation for EU AI Act obligations.

Legal documents on a desk — classification, documentation, compliance.

The EU AI Act is in force. High-risk obligations apply from August 2, 2026.

Most Dutch companies using AI do not know whether they are a deployer, a provider, or both. Most have not started on documentation, risk management, or human oversight. We help you get ready.

We classify your AI systems, identify your obligations, build the documentation and technical infrastructure you need, and hand it over to your compliance team.

We work alongside your legal counsel, not in place of them. We do not provide formal conformity assessments — those are a separate regulated process.

AI inventory and classification
Map every AI system in use. Identify risk tier. Determine deployer vs provider status.
Gap analysis and remediation plan
What obligations apply. What is missing. What needs building. In what order.
Documentation package
Model cards. Data provenance. Risk assessments. Human oversight protocols. Logging requirements.
Technical infrastructure
Evaluation harness. Monitoring dashboard. Audit logs. Incident reporting setup.

Who it's for

Dutch fintechs, insurtechs, healthtechs, HR tech, mid-market corporates, NGOs using AI

Typical engagement

2–3 weeks audit, optional quarterly retainer

Deadline that matters

August 2, 2026 — high-risk provider obligationsEU AI ACT

HOW WE WORK

How we deliver.

Every engagement runs the same way.

01

Frame

We clarify the business objective, constraints, and failure points before technical decisions start multiplying.

02

Scope

Fixed timeline, fixed scope, fixed price. Written in the SOW. What we will not do is written explicitly.

03

Deliver

Senior-led from start to finish. No handoffs. Tight feedback loops. No staff augmentation.

04

Hand off

Documentation, runbook, architecture diagram, and training. Your team owns the system from there.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

What we don't do.

We stay small on purpose. These are services we deliberately do not offer, because they dilute what we are best at — and because there are better teams for them.

  • Custom product development or full-stack builds
  • Ongoing development or staff augmentation
  • UI or UX work unrelated to AI delivery
  • Website design or marketing site work
  • Legal advice or AI Act interpretation (work with your counsel)
  • Formal AI Act conformity assessments (a regulated process)
  • Generic digital transformation or agency work
  • Hourly dev work or team rental

If any of these is what you need, we will tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.

NOT SURE WHICH FITS?

Not sure which pillar fits?

Send a short note about what you are trying to solve. We will tell you which of the three services is the right fit — or if none of them are, we will say so.
